The 2018 Gathering of the Green will be held on
March 21, 22, 23, & 24, 2018
The 10th edition of this matchless conference will be one you will long remember as we focus on the 2018 theme, "Legend, Made Legacy".
We're Making More Memories!
The Gathering Display Committee is busy planning another spectacular array of artifacts for the 2018 Gathering of the Green Conference. Amazing displays of yesteryear have become a tradition and 2018 is no exception. You can look forward to displays featuring the Dain, Waterloo Boy, and a windmill to name a few. There will be lots of unusual treasures awaiting your viewing pleasure!
The line up of events includes restoration workshops, outstanding speakers, tractor collections, trips and tours, and dozens of vendors for everything you need and want for your own projects.
Connect with old friends and make a few new ones! 2018 will include an opening get acquainted reception, a fun auction, and a family friendly banquet with a keynote speaker.
Just announced! Our special guest speaker on Thursday night will be Neil Dahlstrom, Deere & Company Archivist. Neil will speak about the background leading up to Deere's purchase of the Waterloo Gas Engine Company, and Deere's entrance in the tractor business.
