Gathering Registration Opening Date Change

Due to some technical difficulties, registration will be launching a few weeks late. Online registration will now begin on Monday, November 17, 2025. If you used to register via a paper form, please call 309-736-6831 or email thegatheringofthegreen@gmail.com. There will not be paper registration for 2026, but Visit Quad Cities (convention bureau) is happy to help register participants online and will send a packet of information of what to have prepared for this process.
